After securing the account, the scope extended beyond daily social postings to include high-budget video productions—initially focused on promoting selected titles and later evolving into fostering fan engagement within Malaysia through social platforms. Since winning the account in 2018, the brand expanded from two platforms to three, adding Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. As the creative lead for 1.5 years, responsibilities included overseeing all creative outputs, execution, and video production for the brand in collaboration with the agency.
