PandAI Robo-advisor Brand Design
In 2020, Jewel Digital Ventures, a fintech initiative by PNB Malaysia, engaged the agency to develop a branding system and digital launch campaign for its robo-advisor, which specialized in halal investments aligned with Sharia law. As the creative lead, responsibilities included facilitating brainstorming sessions to shape the launch campaign, devising a sustenance strategy for user acquisition through content and performance marketing, and proposing an alternative product name. A key challenge was bridging the gap between offline registration and the app's online functionality. To address this, the campaign focused on engaging grassroots Malaysians, educating them on investment opportunities, and encouraging adoption of the robo-advisor.
